Who can become a Franchise of I-Genius?

Any graduate with a passion for teaching and who is regularly available can become an I-Genius franchisee.

I am a house wife can I get franchise?

Yes. If you have the desire to prove yourself and are determined to run the program, you can get an I-Genius franchise.

Will I be provided with the Franchise Certificate?

Yes. You will be provided with a franchise certificate valid for 3 years. After renewal, a new certificate will be issued.

Will you provide the teachers to teach Abacus in my franchise?

No. You need to appoint teachers locally for your franchise. If you are interested, you can also become the trainer yourself.

How is appointed teacher training session held?

The training is conducted online. It consists of a 2-hour session each day for 5 days as the initial training. After completing the training, trainers practice using worksheets and Level 1 videos. If any doubts arise during practice, an additional session is arranged to clarify them.

Is there any specific qualification needed for the teachers to be appointed as an Abacus trainer?

No. A specific educational qualification in mathematics is not mandatory to become an Abacus trainer.

Is teacher training important only once?

No. There are usually three training sessions for trainers: Initial training: Basics of the abacus and addition/subtraction methods. Before Level 4: Multiplication methods. Before Level 6: Division methods on the abacus. This ensures trainers are prepared to teach each stage of the program effectively.
